Classic Bob
Short • Low Maintenance
The Classic Bob takes the length to the jaw in one line, with no layers.
Long layers keep the hair below the collarbone and add face-framing pieces from the cheekbone plus long internal layers, so the hair moves instead of hanging in one block. The cut is also called long layered hair or face-framing layers. It needs a trim about every twelve weeks and styles in five to ten minutes.
Long layers keep the length and add shorter pieces around the face and through the inside of the hair so it moves instead of hanging in one block. The layers start at the cheekbone. It needs a trim every twelve weeks and styles with a brush or nothing at all.
“Long layers: keep the length, add face-framing layers from the cheekbone and long internal layers for movement.”
Twelve weeks between trims. The layers grow out invisibly.
